REFUND POLICY

Imprint Oasis strives to make customer satisfaction a top priority.

All of our orders are uniquely customized, and we cannot issue refunds or exchanges except where the issue was caused by an error on our part.

• We cannot refund any Graphic Design or Marketing Consulting services that have already been completed
• Orders that are cancelled prior to printing will be fully refunded
• We are committed to offering high quality products for our customers. To request a refund, please contact customer service at service@ImprintOasis.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include the following information with your request:
  1. Your name
  2. Description of the issue
  3. Your order number
  4. Pictures showing the problem
• We will be happy to issue a refund if the delivered item does not match the agreed upon specifications. For example:
  1. The delivered product is flawed
  2. The print quality is poor
  3. The product has a defect
• We are not responsible for customer errors in the specifications, issues with the quality of the original image, or mistakes in the order information.
• We will review the request and make a decision on the remediation within 2 business days.
